I generated a multipage TIFF file, but when I use the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer to view it, only the first page is properly displayed!

This is because the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer uses GDI+ (Graphics Device Interface), which supports many standard compression algorithms for TIFF, but not all. Please try the Imaging for Windows Preview, Microsoft Office Document Imaging, XnView, IrfanView or ACDSee.

Please try following steps:
 · Close all printing applications.
 · Open the command prompt, and type: net stop spooler, this will stop the print spooler service.
 · Open the Joy Image Printer(Control Panel/Printer and fax), then delete all tasks.
 · In the command prompt, type: net start spooler, this will restart the print spooler service.
 · Open the printing application, and reprint again.

This issue is caused by the printing application and not by the Joy Image Printer.
To eliminate header and footer information from your report when printing from Internet Explorer or Notepad, click on File menu, and then choose Page Setup. Once the dialog box appears, delete the text in the Header and Footer boxes to eliminate printing of headers and footers on your page.

To eliminate header and footer information from your report when printing from Microsoft Word, click Header and Footer on the View menu, the header and footer appear at the top and bottom of each page in your document; Delete the text in the Header and Footer boxes; When you are done, click Close on the Header and Footer toolbar.

If you have decided to create printer-friendly versions of images, choose a DPI resolution that is the same as the DPI of the printer that will be used. For example, if printing to a 300 DPI printer, use 300 DPI.

If you are creating images for on-screen viewing or web presentation, you don't need the extra data in the image that is required for printing. A lower setting of 72 x 72 DPI should produce acceptable results.

There are two common reasons this happens:


 · You haven't installed the full-function version. you MUST uninstall the evaluation Edition, then download and install the full-function. The download link can be found at the bottom of the confirmation email you received after ordering.


 · You may have accidentally typed in the wrong registration code. We recommend you COPY and PASTE rather than type the registration code manually. Your registration code can be found in the confirmation email, the registration code format will appear like this: xxxx-xxxx.
